How Easy Is It To Switch
Switching merchant providers is as easy as changing the channel on the TV. The reason for this is our experts take care of the transfer for you. Most of the time it is as easy as changing the “MID” or Merchant ID in your gateway (system where your payments are processed.) Our technical experts do this daily and there is rarely a case they can’t resolve within 1-2 hours.

Many clients ask about how to switch if they use Quickbooks. There are several different levels of service that Quickbooks offers as well as tool our clients use on their system. Quickbooks is an amazing company and has set up their merchant processing systems so switching is easy.
Hardware Questions
If you are in need of upgrading your hardware, we can help you with that at time of purchase. If you are concerned about using the hardware or software that you are accustomed to using, simply pass that information along to your merchant processing advocate. They will look into options for you. If it is too complicated to switch, which sometimes happens, we will recommend you stay with your current provider until your circumstances change
